We understand that things come up — but missed appointments without notice can have a bigger impact than many realize.

When an appointment is missed:

❗ Another patient may lose the opportunity to be seen sooner

❗ Delays can occur in diagnosis and care

At Belle River Diagnostic Imaging, we work hard to provide timely access to imaging.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another patient who may need it.
